From the first call to help filing an insurance claim this entire experience was amazing. My elderly mother had an emergency, and they treated her with such kindness and respect throughout the entire process. Yalizabeth especially amazing as she tried to get those x-rays. Dr. Averill exceptional bedside manner keeping her calm, and Robin was amazing from first call to the end. I have told everyone about how amazing they are.

I was so relieved to find a dentist that was open on a Sunday. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. I was in and out in about an hour. They took the time to explain everything before starting the procedure, which really helped ease my anxiety. They also sent me home with a thoughtful aftercare kit that included gauze, an ice pack, and even a pack of noodles. If you’re ever dealing with a dental emergency, especially on a weekend when most dentists are closed, I highly recommend this office. They provided excellent care and made what I expected to be a stressful experience much easier.

I am very pleased with the care I received from all of the staff! They are genuinely caring and not your typical urgent care mill… the dentist and his staff took time to explain the procedure and making sure I was well informed and comfortable. I had a tooth extracted which was painless. They even gave me a little care kit upon discharge to include instructions, prescriptions, instant ice bag, gauze, and Ramen noodle pack! I wish I could give them 100 stars!

I came for an emergency and simply had the best treatment and service I could ever think of. Even before the procedure was done I felt comfort because I could feel the care and attention everyone there had towards me. I also noticed that all the patients are treated with the same respect and kindness from the front desk to the doctors hands. Doctor Brooks and his assistant did above and beyond. Thank you!

I wanted to give an amazing shout out to Dr Brooks Payne and Ashlyn for being there on a holiday Sunday to help me with my chipped tooth. They were so helpful and gently walked new through every step of what was happening and what was needed. This is by far the best dental experience I've had in my 58 years. No pain, fast, and thorough. The charges were not unreasonable at all, and I feel confident recommending them to everyone. Everyone from the reception lady to all the staff were the best! So grateful
